8. AI Data Processing
Oriva uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide personalized assistance through our Ori AI feature. Here is how we handle your data in relation to AI:
- Your data (reminders, documents, financial records) may be processed by AI models to generate responses and recommendations.
- We use third-party AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini) to process queries. Data sent to these providers is subject to their processing terms, but we do not allow them to use your data for model training.
- AI-generated responses are not stored separately — only your original data and conversation history are retained.
- You can delete your AI chat history at any time from your account settings.
- We do not use your personal data to train or fine-tune AI models.
9. Data Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach that compromises your personal information:
- We will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
- Notification will be sent via email and in-app notification, including a description of the breach, what data was affected, and steps we are taking.
- We will provide clear guidance on what actions you should take to protect yourself.
- We will report the breach to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
